Reception and Entertainment Facilities

Receptions are held in the Bechstein Room - situated on the lower ground floor. The room must be booked in advance through the Management Office at least one month before the concert date.

All catering must be arranged separately through the Wigmore Restaurant which has an exclusive contract to provide catering at Wigmore Hall. For further details of menus and prices email the Restaurant Manager or call on +44 (0) 20 7258 8292.

The Bechstein Room may be booked for pre-concert and interval drinks and post-concert receptions, subject to availability.

The capacity of the Bechstein Room is:

• Whole Room - 80 seated/130 standing 
• Large private section, divided by acoustic screen - 40 seated/70 standing
• Small private section, divided by acoustic screen  - 30 seated/50 standing 

Exclusive use of the Bechstein Room for pre-concert and interval drinks is subject to availability.

The Wigmore Restaurant and Bar is open pre-concert and during the interval.
