Logos

All leaflets, posters and programmes must contain the Wigmore Hall Logo. The logo can be downloaded in ‘bronze look’ CMYK or Greyscale.

Please note the following guidelines for logo use:

  1. The black background is part of the logo
  2. The logo must appear at least 25 mm tall
  3. When appearing on a dark background the logo must have a white border around it to distinguish it from the background
  4. The border should be 0.6 mm
  5. When producing a full colour publication the bronze version of our logo must be used, the greyscale version is only to be used on mono artwork

The logos are available in 'bronze look' CMYK or Greyscale. Please select one of the 4 file type to download the version most suitable for your printers:

The following text must be included on all leaflets for Wigmore Hall concerts and can be copied from this page and pasted into your artwork for formatting. Please refer to your General Information leaflet for further details on positioning and other information that must be included:

How to Book:

In person 7 days a week: 10am – 8.30pm. Days without an evening concert: 10am – 5pm. No advanced booking in the half hour prior to a concert.

Telephone 020 7935 2141. 7 days a week: 10am – 7pm. Days without an evening concert: 10am – 5pm. There is a £2.00 administration fee for all telephone bookings which includes the return of your tickets by post if time permits.

Online www.wigmore-hall.org.uk. 7 days a week; 24 hours a day. There is a £1.00 administration fee for online bookings, which includes the return of your tickets by post if time permits.

Compulsory text for Concert Programmes

The following text must be included on all concert programmes for Wigmore Hall concerts and can be copied from this page and pasted into your artwork for formatting. Please refer to your General Information leaflet for further details on positioning and other information that must be included

On the title page in bold type:

Would patrons please ensure that mobile phones are switched off. Please stifle coughing as much as possible and ensure that watch alarms and any other electronic devices which may become audible are switched off.

Within the programme notes, after the interval, in bold type:

Please check that your mobile phone is switched off, especially if you used it during the interval.

In the main body of the programme:

Wigmore Hall is a no-smoking venue. No recording or photographic equipment may be taken into the auditorium, nor used in any other part of the Hall without the prior written permission of the Hall Management. Wigmore Hall is equipped with a 'Loop' to help hearing aid users receive clear sound without background noise. Patrons can use the facility by switching their hearing aids over to 'T'. In accordance with the requirements of City of Westminster, persons shall not be permitted to stand or sit in any of the gangways intersecting the seating, or to sit in any of the other gangways. If standing is permitted in the gangways at the sides and rear of the seating, it shall be limited to the numbers indicated in the notices exhibited in those positions.
