Training and skill development
The partnership between the early year’s practitioner and the project leader is vital to the success of Chamber Tots and the ongoing development of the practitioner’s musicality.
Through attendance and participation at three training days, Chamber Tots aims to develop practitioner’s natural musicality and equip staff with confidence and skills to lead enjoyable and effective music making independently. The project also includes one session for parents and their children together, to encourage parental awareness and ongoing support of the project.
