Biography
Caroline MacPhie was recently selected for representation by the Young Concert Artists Trust.
She is the recipient of the Emmy Destinn Award 2008 and a Miriam Licette Scholarship 2008 (MBF), and earlier this year was a finalist in the Kathleen Ferrier Awards. She is also a Britten–Pears Young Artist and Samling Scholar.
Caroline studied first at the Royal Northern College of Music and then with Royal Academy Opera.
Her studies were generously supported by the Sir James Caird Fund and the Countess of Munster Musical Trust. She currently studies with Noelle Barker and Audrey Hyland.
