Access List

Visitors with access requirements are invited to join our free Access List to inform us of their access requirements and receive information in alternative formats. Some visitors may be eligible for a 30% reduction on ticket prices for themselves and a personal assistant/carer ticket if needed.

Signing up

You can download an Access List application form from one of the links below.

If you wish to print your application form, fill it in, sign and return it to us at the freepost address below, please download and print the “Postal Access List Application Form”. You can also scan and send your completed postal form by email.

If you wish to fill in your application form online and return it by email, please download the “Online Access List Application Form”. Once filled in and emailed back to us, we can arrange for you to sign it when you next visit us.

Alternatively you can call the Box Office on 020 7935 2141 and we can fill in the form on your behalf and arrange for you to sign it when you next visit us.

Once your signature has been verified, you will be able to book your seats online using any discounts for which you are eligible as a member of the Access List (see below).

If you receive disability-related state benefits, you may be eligible for a discount on the cost of your ticket. To qualify for this concession we will need a copy of the following:

  • Front page of a Disability Living Allowance or PIP document
  • Front page of Attendance Allowance document
  • Certificate of Visual Impairment

Documentation can be scanned and attached to your form if emailing or photocopied and attached to your form if posting to us.

Booking on someone else's behalf

If you are completing the form in order to make bookings on behalf of someone else, please include your own details on the access form, with the access requirements of the person on whose behalf you will be booking, and a covering note highlighting this. Please note that, where possible, the form should be signed by the person who qualifies for the concession.

Terms and Conditions of the Wigmore Access List

Joining the Access List is open to anyone who is restricted in their ability to access services provided by Wigmore Hall, as defined by the Equality Act (2010).

By purchasing a discounted ticket when joined as an Access List customer you agree that the ticket(s) will only be used by a disabled person, and their companion.

Wigmore Hall reserves the right to require proof of eligibility for the scheme.

The list is regularly monitored. People who intentionally give false information may have their details removed from the Access List.
