Hiring the Restaurant & Bechstein Room

The Wigmore Hall Restaurant & Bar is available during the day for private entertaining such as personal celebrations and business lunches, for which a full range of catering can be supplied.

The Bechstein Room is also used for special events, corporate entertaining, rehearsing, and community and education activities.

The Bechstein Room can be hired for the following events:

• Pre-concert and interval receptions
• Post-concert dinners and parties
• Exhibitions and presentations
• Meetings, Seminars and Workshops
• Product launches

The room seats up to 80 people for seminars or dinner and holds 130 for receptions.

The space can also be divided into two parts, both with their own working bars, which means that the room can be used for two events simultaneously.
