Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable except in the case of the event being cancelled when refunds will be credited to your credit/debit card or paid by cheque if you paid by cheque or cash. Please note all administration fees are non-refundable.We will only accept tickets for re-sale in the event of a sold out concert. You would then receive a refund only if we were able to re-sell your ticket, this would typically be credited to your box office account. A £1 per ticket re-sale fee would be charged.
Ticket Exchange
If you are unable to use the tickets you have booked we may be able to exchange them for another event at the Hall. This is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the Hall Management. All permitted ticket exchanges are subject to availability and would incur a £1 per ticket administration fee.Published Programmes
All details are correct at type of going to print and whilst we make every effort to ensure our website remains up to date, it is not always possible to account for last minute changes. We reserve the right to make changes to any programme or artist up to the point of the performance without giving notice. Refunds are not available unless the Hall’s Management believes the change to be of a fundamental nature.Latecomers
Can only be admitted during a suitable pause in the performance, which will be determined by the Hall’s Management.Ticket Replacement

No photographic or recording equipment may be used in the auditorium without the prior written permission of the Hall’s Management.Mobile Phones
All electronic equipment, including mobile phones, must be switched off during the performance.
