Discounts and Concessions

The following discounts are available by calling our Box Office on +44 (0)20 7935 2141

All discounts are subject to availability and change. Discounts cannot be combined and are not available on subscription package bookings.

Discounted or concessionary tickets are not available online (except where stated).

Group Discount

We offer a 10% discount when 12 or more tickets are purchased in one transaction for the same event.

Reservations for group bookings can be held up until one month before the event and are subject to availability.

Discounts for disabled people and their companion

We offer disabled people and one companion a 30% discount on all tickets.

There is a limited number of wheelchair spaces available which are also sold at this discount rate.

Standby Discounts

Standby tickets are sold from one hour prior to the start of the concert - subject to availability. These are available to:

• Students
• Senior Citizens
• The Unemployed

Please bring relevant ID to confirm your status.

Standby Tickets are sold at ‘best available for the lowest published ticket price’.

Only one standby ticket can be purchased per person.

Standby tickets are not available for BBC Lunchtime Concerts or Coffee Concerts.

BBC Radio 3 Lunchtime Concert Concessions

Senior Citizen and Student concessions are available for most BBC Radio 3 Lunchtime concerts.

These can be booked in advance but are not available online.

Standing Discounts

For sold out concerts a limited number of standing tickets may be available at the back of the auditorium.

They can be bought from noon on the day of the concert or 10am for morning and lunchtime concerts and will be allocated to personal callers queueing at the Wigmore Hall Box Office only. These are sold at 20% off the lowest ticket price and are limited to one per person.
