About this concert

Young Georgian pianist Khatia Buniatishvili is among the newest crop of BBC Radio 3’s New Generation Artists. Her recent highlights have included appearances at Gidon Kremer’s Lockenhaus festival and at the Martha Argerich Project in Lugano.

For her Wigmore Hall debut recital she performs Schumann’s turbulently romantic Fantasy and two virtuosic show-stoppers.
