Bach, Handel and Domenico Scarlatti were all born in the same year, 1685, and Iranian-born early keyboard specialist Mahan Esfahani presents a selection of Scarlatti’s witty, inventive sonatas framed by Handel’s songful, Italianate Second Suite and Bach’s athletic Second Partita.
