Administration Assistant

Wigmore Hall is seeking a part-time Administration Assistant, to work on key administrative tasks in the Hall’s operation, including the preparation and issuing of concert contracts, and the provision of Paid Permitted Engagement letters of invitation for non-UK citizens. The role is permanent on a 0.4 FTE basis, with the option of flexible hours and hybrid working.

Applicants should demonstrate a keen interest in arts administration (with at least one year’s experience in a similar environment), excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, and a high level of written and verbal communication. Knowledge of classical music is preferred.
