    ‘So fluent, so confident, so glad to be alive’ is how The Times describes Timothy Ridout’s viola playing. He brings those qualities and more to this concert, given in partnership with the Munich Chamber Orchestra, which marked its 75th anniversary last year. Their programme includes Dobrinka Tabakova’s vibrant three-movement Suite in the Old Style and the young Benjamin Britten’s equally rousing Simple Symphony.
