Overview
Exquisitely beautiful melodic fragments and hypnotic rhythms that conjure images of eternity run through Morton Feldman’s Crippled Symmetry, a spellbinding meditation on the nature of stasis and change inspired by the geometric patterns of ancient Middle Eastern and Turkish carpets. Taylor MacLennan on flutes is joined by the piano and percussion combination of GBSR Duo, winner of the Royal Philharmonic Society 2025 Young Artist award.
