Overview
Named after a 1977 play by the Austrian writer Thomas Bernhard, the Vienna-based ensemble was founded in 2003 and has steadily won admiration for its performances of contemporary and modern work as well as the classics. Earlier this year it undertook a ‘Mozart Expedition’ with pianist Kit Armstrong.
