Elena Urioste and Tom Poster explore an idea first floated in The Jukebox Series, their compelling pandemic project to bring together works united by shared threads of beauty and authentic expression rather than their relationship to any -ism or arbitrary historical period. The mood for each half of their recital is set by impassioned works by Mark Simpson and Clarice Assad, both created for the duo during the COVID-19 lockdown.
