    Overview

    Following the commemoration of his 75th birthday, the RNCM brings the sound of one of the UK’s most extraordinary composers to Wigmore Hall. Jonathan Harvey (1939–2012) possessed the ability to transform the transcendental and beyond into sound.

    The day culminates in his epic work Bhakti – a mystical exploration of the Sanskrit Hymns of Rig Veda for chamber ensemble and quadrophonic tape.
