Photo ID and proof of age must be shown on entry and/or when collecting tickets.

Only customers aged under 35 are entitled to a £5 ticket, not just the purchasing customer.

Any full price tickets purchased prior to the Under 35s concerts being announced are not eligible for reimbursements to the discounted price.
