Few can match Robert Levin’s depth of knowledge of Mozart’s keyboard work as a scholar or his experience as a pioneering performer of them on fortepiano. He returns to Wigmore Hall with a programme that surrounds three piano sonatas with linking Preludes that Mozart composed in the style of improvisations, and Robert’s spontaneously improvised Fantasia in the style of Mozart.
