Programme

Overview

Aaron Hollway-Nahum’s new work was written to expand the truncated slow movement of Bach’s Second Brandenburg Concerto. The Malling Diamond complements Bach with its vibrant trumpet solos, while Illumination offers what The Arts Desk calls ‘a radiant homage’ to Bach’s buoyant Third Brandenburg Concerto.
