    Programme

    Overview

Cultural exchange and reflections on the anxiety-settling sounds of an empty room belong to Manchester Camerata’s cornucopia of compositions. Its programme includes seductive miniatures by Maurice Delage, Ravel and Stravinsky, Cassandra Miller’s Bel Canto, a portrait of Maria Callas based on her live recording of Puccini’s Vissi d’arte, and Jack Sheen’s meditative Hollow propranolol séance.
