Overview

Mao Fujita, silver medallist at the 2019 International Tchaikovsky Competition, returns to Wigmore Hall following his acclaimed Mozart cycle in the summer of 2023. His sights are now set on a strikingly diverse, utterly fascinating repertoire blend, embracing early Beethoven and Brahms, rarities by Wagner and Berg, and Liszt’s impassioned take on Wagner’s ‘Liebestod’.
