Overview

Genius may be among the most overworked words in the English language, but it surely applies to the work of The Erlkings. The ‘world’s first Schubert-based folk/rock band’, with Bryan Benner’s earthy vocals and sassy guitar, and dazzling permutations of tuba, cello and percussion, offers a lunchtime feast of song, delivered in delightful English translations topped with a delectable dressing of fun.
