Overview

South African mezzo-soprano Siphokazi Molteno, described by the Guardian as ‘a rare talent’ following her performance in the final of the 2023 BBC Cardiff Singer of the World Competition, makes her Wigmore Hall recital debut with a scintillating selection of songs. Her programme includes Rebecca Clarke’s sublime settings of verse by Blake and WB Yeats and the first of Margaret Bonds’s enchanting Dream Portraits.
