Driven by a mission to broaden classical music’s reach and armed with the technical means and communicative powers necessary to do so, Randall Goosby has won audience ovations worldwide with the profound personal authenticity of his artistry. The American violinist and his regular duo partner Zhu Wang, gold medallist at the 2024 New Orleans International Piano Competition, explore evocative works from the Old and New Worlds including Harry Thacker Burleigh’s folk-inspired Southland Sketches.
