Overview

Three Grammy Awards, boundary-broadening projects and an iron-clad commitment to the commissioning of new work are among Hilary Hahn’s long list of career achievements. Her recital reflects the width of her repertoire and passion for the creative world of Paris. It includes the intense soundscape of Bun-Ching Lam’s Solitude d’automne, written for Hahn 27 Encores, and a new work by French-born jazz violinist Scott Tixier.
