This concert will be British Sign Language-interpreted. Please inform Box Office of your school group's access requirements when booking your tickets.

Wigmore Hall is equipped with a loop to help hearing aid users receive clear sound without background noise. Patrons can use this facility by switching their hearing aids to T. A loop is also installed at the Box Office window.

Overview

Join us on a musical adventure through the Indian subcontinent as we explore and celebrate melodies (ragas) and rhythms (tagas) from Hindustani (North Indian) and Carnatic (South Indian) classical music traditions. Experience the magic of the violin, sitar, mridangam and tabla with our amazing musicians Jyotsna Srikanth, Baluji Shrivastav, Abhiram Sahathevan, Yousuf Ali Khan, alongside our fantastic presenter and guide, Ranjana Ghatak. Together we’ll listen, sing, and clap to the rhythms – our journey awaits!
