We lead a range of interactive concerts at Wigmore Hall for EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
If you have booked for a Schools Concert, we look forward to welcoming your group! If you have yet to book, you can read about forthcoming schools concerts here.
Although Wigmore Hall staff will be on hand to help you where we can, school groups visiting the Hall must be accompanied by the appropriate number of responsible adults in accordance with the school’s policy. They are responsible for the group at all times.
You can book tickets through the Box Office on 020 7935 2141.
Photography and Live Stream
At some of our concerts we may have an official photographer present and some concerts may be live-streamed. We will always ask for your permission before any photos or video are taken. We do not hold any images for which we do not have permission.
Images will only be used for a maximum of three years after the date of the event in Wigmore Hall publications and marketing materials, programme reports, press and media relating to the Wigmore Hall programme, the Wigmore Hall website and online social media. Following this three-year period, images will only be used in Wigmore Hall publications in an archival context, which includes their continued existence online in previous social media posts and webpages.
Toilets can be found downstairs. There are 10 female cubicles and 3 male cubicles plus urinals and a separate disabled toilet. Please arrive in plenty of time for toilet visits before the concert.
Accompanying adults need to be aware that Wigmore Hall has toilets used by members of the public and should monitor toilet breaks appropriately.
Food and Drink
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink which can be eaten in the Bechstein Room after the concert. Please note space is strictly limited to 100 and must be booked in advance through the Box Office on 020 7935 2141. As an alternative, many groups also take their packed lunches to Cavendish Square which is 5 minutes’ walk away. We ask you not to take food or drink into the Auditorium.
