Still in his early 20s, the French pianist was the first laureate of the Fondation Gautier Capuçon, which recently released his first CD, containing the pieces by Chopin, Debussy and Ravel in tonight’s programme. He and Capuçon come together for the remaining works, including the Schumann set, originally conceived for clarinet and piano.
